Access Removals came recommended on our local community Facebook page. What a fantastic company! Chris was prompt and very clear with his replies to my queries. The move from storage at Wollongong to Ashfield went very smoothly. Chris’ team were meticulous when they delivered everything into the house. Asking if I was happy where they had placed things, and asking if they could connect any appliances. I highly recommend Chris and his team at Access Removals. I would definitely use them again

Access Furniture Removals helped us to move our design business, and we would definitely recommend them. Chris was responsive and proactive in providing a quote, dropping off packing boxes, and coordinating the day. On the day of the move Jason and Juan were fast, cheerful and efficient, with no damage to our furniture and office walls; or the building's lifts and corridors.

Chris and the team are sooo good! They helped get my 3 seater leather sofa up 3 levels over the balcony, and lowered my old sofa down within 20 minutes. Chris and the team at Access Removals were excellent! They worked very efficiently and quickly, but more so were very careful and helped with putting all the furniture where it needed to go. (They even moved some things they didnt need too as well for us!). Great experience and great company. Would use and recommend in a heartbeat.

2nd time in 8 years moving with Chris and the team and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This team are super professional to deal with 👌. Great to communicate with to organise the move, we had packers come in the day before to pack everything up, 3 removalists on the day to do a big move and then setting up beds etc.Multi story house, bulky items, lots of fragile things - everything moved safely and in one piece. Thank you Chris and team - exceptional work and with a smile 👏🏻

These guys are solid. Very efficient and professional, and great at what they do.I’ve moved interstate a number of times and used the big pricey companies, every time something was broken or lost.With Access they did all the furniture dismantling and putting back together, even pulled a few tricky items up over the balcony like it was nothing- not a single scratch! Richard is the ultimate mover, so professional.So when I had to move again only 6 months after the last move, I went with the same guys. Super happy to see Richard and his team again, who couldn’t be more helpful. Chris even shared his tunes with me while we did the move, I actually enjoyed moving day for the first time ever.Fantastic team. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I have moved my place three times with them and they have always been the best.Charge by hour but all the workers are super efficient. The workers will do everything they can to reduce the time they spent on the job for me(when they realised that the loading dock is far from my apartment entrance). Also, they are very much on time too. Arrive ahead of time and plan the parking and moving. No back and forth negotiating the time on the appointment date and unexpected cancellation etc.(yepi have seen them before)All big futurnitures were disassembled and assembled together quickly. None ofmy dishes or fragile items like monitor or computer was damaged by even a little bit.This is the type of business we need. Reliable, efficient and friendly(Jason was our movers twice).The only downside i can think of is they are too popular for the good work they did. So make sure call an appointment ahead of time!

Access Removals were awesome.We recently moved from overseas, and unfortunately our sofa did not fit into our 3rd floor apartment. The removal company said it was impossible as it was too large for the lift or stairwell, and suggested we consider selling it.We didn't want to ditch it, so I did a quick Google search and found Access Removals. I got a hold of Chris, who asked for some photos, and then got back to tell us it looked like it wouldn't be a problem at all. The crew from Access turned up later that week, and hoisted the sofa up onto the balcony in no time at all. The guys were friendly, professional, and obviously knew what they were doing. The price was also great.I would highly recommend these guys for a tricky move. I'll definitely be calling them in the future when we need to move again. Thanks a lot!
