Had a great experience with access movers. They provided an accurate quote, turned up on time and moved everything with no dramas. No hidden extras, and the guys were calm and friendly. Such a relief, moving is a hassle, but this was the easy part.
Having used these removalists a number of times today they came and were unprepared. Not even gloves. They moved one thing one guy injured / cut himself then they wasted over 30 minutes talking about the injury then decided to abandon the move but still drive the one thing I could have moved myself to the new place and charged $180.Now they rebook me expecting me to pay all over again no thanksAbsolutely terrible experience to be a regular customer and referred them to others and be treated this wayI lost a days pay and hired a storage facility all wasted money time and emotionsNever again!!!!Be wary slightest thing goes wrong you may get nothing for you $180

I am sorry if we came unprepared to be picking up rusty bits of metal off the gound, however that wasn't part the job that was described to me when you booked it.Saying that there's a dismantled aviary to transport didn't really fully describe what was entailed in transporting this item. Gloves certainly wouldn't have prevented the leg injury that my staff member recevied whilst moving your inventory.I am sorry that we couldn't complete the job, however with the amount of blood, even you suggested on the phone that it would be best if my injured staff member went straight to hospital.With regards to payment. We were in attendance for over 2 hours plus the travel to get to Seven Hills to start the job. I am sorry if you think you were unfairly charged for the things that we actually did move and I am always happy to discuss these things on the phone. Wow, these guys were amazing, a huge 5 bedroom house move and they were patient,careful, thorough and efficient. They were cheery the whole way through with no complaints about how many plants we were bringing. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Prompt and clear communication from the moment I inquired. Movers arrived 5 minutes early and completed the job with 30 minutes to spare. Both had a great attitude, lovely guys, very respectful of my belongings. Everyone in my share house used Access to move to our new respective homes when our lease ended and we’ve all had very positive experiences. Would 100% book again.

Access Furniture Removals helped us to move our design business, and we would definitely recommend them. Chris was responsive and proactive in providing a quote, dropping off packing boxes, and coordinating the day. On the day of the move Jason and Juan were fast, cheerful and efficient, with no damage to our furniture and office walls; or the building's lifts and corridors.
We had Will and Juan help us move twice and they were hard working, friendly and very efficient. Sharon helped us pack and she was amazing and so quick. Cannot recommend enough

Richard and crew were exceptional and outstanding, arrived on time, maintained a cool and pleasant demeanor, worked with clockwork surgical precision, finishing in record time with zero fuss. The entire move needed just 2 phone calls - one to schedule the move and the second for the crew to say they have arrived.I have moved multiple times over the past 2 decades, across continents and it has never been this smooth.
Price was excellent. They accept cash but did not insist on it - we paid by card. They were so quick! And incredibly friendly. Totally trustworthy as well. They got it done in 4 hours with 3 guys and it would have taken us a week!Moving sucks. They made it suck less.

Making a delivery across the street they drove their truck over the grass at the front of my property leaving deep ruts in the soil. I had to go back through CCTV to see who damaged the grass I sent a message advising them I’d appreciate it if they could level it out. I stated in the message that I’d appreciate it if they could run the wheels on the concrete curb and not my grass: no replyI didn’t speak directly to them. Perhaps it would have been a more positive outcome had I been able to.Reviewing CCTV the drivers were clearly aware of the ruts as they checked the damage when exiting the vehicle looking at the back tyres on the grassIt would only have taken a little professionalism and consideration to flatten down the ruts in the soft soilPretty unprofessional as there was no need to park on the grass. If the road was not wide enough they should have asked the owner at the house they were delivering to move their cars that were parked in front of their houseAnyway. Just happened today. Hopefully they’ll consider helping out when next in the area and I certainly retract my commentI did not engage their delivery service so it’s just a comment on courtesy to neighbours when making deliveriesI don’t want any compensation just make an effort to flatten the ruts caused by their truck

These guys are solid. Very efficient and professional, and great at what they do.I’ve moved interstate a number of times and used the big pricey companies, every time something was broken or lost.With Access they did all the furniture dismantling and putting back together, even pulled a few tricky items up over the balcony like it was nothing- not a single scratch! Richard is the ultimate mover, so professional.So when I had to move again only 6 months after the last move, I went with the same guys. Super happy to see Richard and his team again, who couldn’t be more helpful. Chris even shared his tunes with me while we did the move, I actually enjoyed moving day for the first time ever.Fantastic team. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
I have moved my place three times with them and they have always been the best.Charge by hour but all the workers are super efficient. The workers will do everything they can to reduce the time they spent on the job for me(when they realised that the loading dock is far from my apartment entrance). Also, they are very much on time too. Arrive ahead of time and plan the parking and moving. No back and forth negotiating the time on the appointment date and unexpected cancellation etc.(yepi have seen them before)All big futurnitures were disassembled and assembled together quickly. None ofmy dishes or fragile items like monitor or computer was damaged by even a little bit.This is the type of business we need. Reliable, efficient and friendly(Jason was our movers twice).The only downside i can think of is they are too popular for the good work they did. So make sure call an appointment ahead of time!
If there was a ten star rating on Google I would happily give it to the team at Access in return for the way they handled my relocation.I booked 3 removalists who turned up 5 minutes early with a smile on their faces and a spring in their step. Everything was handled with precision and care, furniture, boxes and delicate items. All of my placement instructions for the destination were followed with enthusiam, they levelled and connected my washing machine as I had requested, nothing was a problem for them.Their professionalism resulted in turning a stressful process into a memorable one. Very highly recommended.
Highly recommend Access Removals. We used them to move house two weeks ago. The team were excellent - super friendly and really efficient. They showed up on time, knocked the job over quickly, and generally made it an easy experience for us. Great value for money and great service!

Had to move in two lots. The first guys were excellent and moved 2/3 of my stuff in 4 hours. Second lot took 5.5 hours to move the rest (this was after the first guys estimated it would be two more hours, and I reckon they could have done it in that time). Carried really small loads multiple times, and worked so slowly. So either get a quote, or ask for Juan and Chris.
I highly recommend the boys from access removalist as you know moving after a long time can be very stressful but with this professional team it made the transition easy , thank you so much for being on time and working so hard on that day .and thanks to Phillip for co-ordinating that big job.cheersJanice
These guys made the move run so smoothly! They were up and down stairs with no complaints. Efficient, friendly and fast!
They showed up and did the job, but took them literally 20 minutes and they didn’t really communicate the minimum 1.5hr charge. It was also highly offensive that they wouldn’t do anything in addition to the original request - despite the fact they had a spare hour (and I’m talking an additional 10 minutes of work). Wouldn’t use again.Edit: thanks for the response but I am changing this from three to two stars based on the response below. Sure speak of efficiency, but you charge based on time, to not allow a customer to utilise the time they have paid for - and further not understand this is an issue - is pretty reflective of the poor service outcome. Not to mention the nonsensical logic applied. Thanks for replying, but it has really just made it worse.

We are pretty transparent with out pricing and you should have been informed of the minimum time both at time of booking and again through the confirmation email.There would not have been a call out fee or travel charge for your move so the minimum charge is there to make sure that it is worth our while to attend.Further to this, if the job took 20 minutes because our staff are quick an efficient, we should not be penalised for this. Another removalist may have taken twice as long to do the job and cost you twice as much!
I could not be happier with the service these guys provided getting my heavy sofa over a fourth floor balcony in minutes. I tried to get this done with people who said 'No worries' on Airtasker and Access were less expensive, communicative, on time, quick, polite, efficient. After a sales assistant - 8 months ago - listened dutifully to my lift sizes and assured me the sofa would fit (it didn't) I really didn't know what to do and Access made light work of a really painful job!!

Access Removals were awesome.We recently moved from overseas, and unfortunately our sofa did not fit into our 3rd floor apartment. The removal company said it was impossible as it was too large for the lift or stairwell, and suggested we consider selling it.We didn't want to ditch it, so I did a quick Google search and found Access Removals. I got a hold of Chris, who asked for some photos, and then got back to tell us it looked like it wouldn't be a problem at all. The crew from Access turned up later that week, and hoisted the sofa up onto the balcony in no time at all. The guys were friendly, professional, and obviously knew what they were doing. The price was also great.I would highly recommend these guys for a tricky move. I'll definitely be calling them in the future when we need to move again. Thanks a lot!
